Dehydrated Soy Curls

More expensive than other dehydrated soy products you find at grocery stories but the taste is much better in my opinion though. I have not been by the store to buy these recently, so I was happy to find this larger 200g size bag. I made a saucy stir fry dish with the soy curls and veggies on brown rice the same night! This bag should last me a while. Only downside is that there is no nutritional info on their packaging as this is bought straight from their manufacturing facility. Happy to support a local business nonetheless.

I buy these directly from their store/manufacturing facility in Mississauga. They have a great selection of frozen vegan products and dehydrated soy and TVP products. I believe they offer takeout lunch options too. The soy curls are so versatile. I love adding them to wraps, salads, pastas etc. One bag goes a long way since they get a bit bigger when rehydrated. Pictured is rehydrated, squeezed dry, seasoned and airfryed. Used this as a protein topping in my salad.
