Really good coconut milk-based ice cream, chocolate coating and caramel!

These make me want to dance around the house out of pure joy (or because
of the sugar rush?! Maybe because of the lockdown-who really knows?!) These bars are just so dang good! Having tried all four flavors-the ‘espresso’ is the winner (but this is pretty wonderful too!) Fair Trade chocolate over creamy caramel with the faintest hint of salt. #ditchdairy has been a little hard on the waistline!! This was soooo yummy! The chocolate coating wasn't too bitter and the inside was nice
to! It tasted more like butterscotch rather than caramel, but still really good. The only change I'd make is 4 of these in a pack instead of 3, so you can share evenly (or not).

This is a delicious non dairy ice cream bar. But there was not much salted
caramel flavor. I prefer So Delicious brand salted caramel bars they are loaded with salted caramel taste. #littlebuckets
