Chickpea Masala

With chickpea, onion, tomato, spices & more, Saffron Road knows how to make convenience food delicious. (I’ve yet to find another brand that can coax so much flavor into an instant bag of food.) Tonight, I sautéed a few chunks of fried tofu, then mixed it into the chickpea Masala & served it over jasmine rice. this is oh so spicy. too spicy to eat alone but definitely perfect with some rice!
