🇮🇹 con questa panna vegetale ho cercato di ricreare la carbonara, ho aggiunto lo zafferano per dare il colore e ho poi aggiunto il pepe in mancanza del grattugiato vegano. Ho completato poi con cubetti di Seitan 🇬🇧 with this vegan creme I tried to make a vegan carbonara, I added zafferano to recreate the color and then I added some pepper. Panna da cucina con una giusta consistenza, non troppo liquida come altre che ho provato. Ha un sapore delicato e si amalgama bene alla pasta. Oggi l'ho usata insieme a radicchio e noci. È venuto un ottimo piatto
I looked for Hoplà 100% vegetable cream (the one in the pink package) but, they only had the one with milk protein 😞. So I bought this OraSì 100% vegetable cream and liked it. I was going to use it to make panna cotta and was concerned that it was slightly salty. Actually the salt is not noticeable, in fact it is sweetish. Ingredients Water, soybean extract (water, hulled soybeans (2%)), sunflower oil, modified starch, sugar, maltodextrin, stabilizer (locust bean gum), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sea salt, natural flavor, vitamins (D, B12).
