yuzu pudding

A perfect pudding to round off the evening. It’s creamy but not rich, the citrusy notes balance off the sweetness well.

Really enjoyed this. It was light and delicious. Often hard to get non chocolate desserts and this was worth it. Had candied yuzu on top
