Buckwheat noodles with peanut sauce

This was really delicious and nutritious It’s #buckwheatnoodles , served with their #peanutsauce . The sauce is not too sweet so it’s a lovely balance of flavours Generous amount of their fried crispy #seaweed #salad and many other vegetables Really enjoyed this dish

Peanut sauce and fresh veggies were good. Buckwheat noodles overcooked, rather mushy.

The peanut gravy is the highlight but that extra crispy needle mushroom and seaweed add extra crunch to it!
