Tira-miso-good

One of my favourite desserts ever! The coffee ice cream in the middle is phenomenal in my opinion. The cake is good (a bit dry but still good). The chocolate syrup is nice as well. The miso sauce is unique but dipping a bit of it with the cake and ice cream really brings out a different flavour which I appreciate. You should definitely try it!

First bite did not disappoint! Tastes very close to the real thing and It’s not too sweet. The cream on the side complemented the cake perfectly because without it, it was a little dry and hard. Side note, I’m this photo there’s also the dark chocolate rice cream featured. It’s quite close to the actual thing except for the aftertaste. It leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste. I wouldn’t mind this as a milkshake (which they also had!)

As always, this was such a enjoyable delight. Never knew miso cream paired so beautifully with coffee till I stumbled upon this gem of a dish! Thanks for experimenting for us Zenna ✨
