Yummy shoestring fries so addictive! The umami from the deep fried enoki is tough for me as I'm a lifelong vegetarian but my carnivore pal couldn't stop raving about it. Highly recommended if you're bringing your meat loving pals

This is only the second time I've seen enoki mushrooms done this way as a garnish - stripped apart and deep fried. The first was at this bougie yong tau foo place in Bt Merah. The "cheese" sauce was nicely tangy but tasted a little unnatural. Fries were not bad but being shoestring fries it was hard to taste the potato in them.
