Aglio Olio (veganised)

Vegan version of their classic aglio olio. Full of capsicums and mushrooms.

One of my fav places to hang out with best live music in town, and this is a comfort dish for me served with chilli padi on request. Good portion of mushrooms and pieces of garlic, full flavour. They don't have much vegan options except fries. There is a no meat no seafood menu, but has cheese, so have to veganise.
