With a thin layer of lettuce & juicy chunks of pineapple, along with cucumber, carrot strips & noodles, Joy’s vegetable rolls are an all-time favorite. Their peanut sauce is over-the-top delish & I highly recommend ordering an extra side, as the cup that it comes with is far too small a container for such divine peanutty perfection.
