TomYam Bacon Baked Rice

Was so excited to hear that #vegancheese was available at no extra charge for their baked fried rice series wheeee!! 🥳 The grated #sheese melted well into a blanket coating the fried rice, with a highly impressive dairy-like taste and texture! Although there wasn't a cheese pull per se, it didn't have the weird goopy plasticky consistency that many other vegan cheese products tend to have. 🧀 The fried rice was interspersed with grilled bits of soy 'bacon' and sliced mushrooms, as well as garnished with 'meat floss' and sesame seeds. 🥓🍄 Swipe right ➡️ for a close-up of the fried rice! 📸 The fried rice was mildly spicy and piquant, certainly tasty and fragrant though I'm not sure if I would have identified it as being tomyam flavoured if I hadn't placed the order myself hahaha. 🙈 (Allium-free, $11.90) #sgvegan #alliumfree
