Mushroom Masala

Recommended by a friend, and I'm very glad she did! Thosai Café is a small but seemingly very popular venue just outside The Curve mall. Tons of thosai options, although some are just vegetarian. I was assured that this one was vegan, but asked for it with no ghee just to be on the safe side. This #thosai came unwrapped, so it was a little like eating an #indian style pizza! Delicious veggies, delicious dosa. Plus, it's cooked right in front of you, so it was lovely and warm. 😋

This spicy dish is delectable and exciting. Coupled with the outdoor seating, and the friendly owner who knows what vegan food means, it’s a good place to enjoy a simple plant based meal.
