Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner

Though my dad did not present the dinner well, it was actually amazing! The way the gravy tasted with the mashed potatoes and turkey was just absolutely ridiculous! Do not even get me started on the Pumpkin Cake. That cake had the best icing I had ever had in my life. If I could I would buy a whole tub of the icing and eat it all in one sitting while eating Beyond Burgers! Definitely buy this for your fam when next Tofurkey Day comes up!

My son and I are both vegetarians and holidays can be a bit stressful for us, considering we’re the only meat-free people in the family. But this year, we ordered pre-made Thanksgiving meals from our local veg restaurant, The Zenith. All we had to do was heat it up when we were ready, and we were all set! Homemade seitan turkey, the most flavorful stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots and fresh cranberry sauce - I was so stuffed, that “seconds” wasn’t even a consideration. Also, I didn’t feel like absolute crap for the rest of the night either! Oh did I mention we capped off dinner with a huge hunk of pumpkin bundt cake, also included? Soooooo satisfying.
