There was one lavender cookie left when we got it. What drew us to it initially was that it was lavender, also the last one. So we took it to go. First bite was unlike any surprise I’ve ever had. The cookie looks like a hard sugar cookie from the outside but it was SO MOIST and the lavender wasn’t too overpowering. It was chewy and so flavorful. Honestly the best home made vegan cookie I’ve ever bought! I dream about this cookie, I frequently think about what a surprise it was to bite into it. 10/10!
