New special soup at The Soup Spoon. $9. Had some flavour but not enough for me - tasted salty but not overly so. Not bland but no other flavour really stood out. To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of anything I’ve tried at The Soup Spoon so I really don’t know why I decided to have this! 🙈 It was a waste of money for me, however, I think people who like the food at The Soup Spoon will like this. I do appreciate that they make an effort to have vegan options. If I want this particular kind of dish again, I would rather go to a vegan friendly Korean eatery if I can!
