Very tasty creamy raw version of the Malaysian noodle soup served warm with zucchini noodles. The flavour is nice, I needed extra lime and chilli to kick it up a notch and I resisted the urge to put some salt. I really enjoyed it and it could have a tad more flavour for a flavour junkie like me.
The amount of spices is perfect and as the Restaurant is a raw food place the dish is also not hotter than 48°C. It's so nourishing and with the sprouts,cashews and Zucchini so amazingly filling but not heavy at all but light and energized afterwards.
Super creamy, the perfect amount of spicy and tasted a lot like a Malaysian curry - amazing flavors!
