Vegan meatballs, coconut rice, and Mac n cheese

Buffet style, options change daily and also plenty of vegan soups to choose from. This combo was so so so delicious! A lot of vegan Mac n cheeses that I try haven’t been my favorite but this one is amazing! And omg the coconut rice, phenomenal. And lastly, the meatballs are unreal!!
