Vegan Strawberry Brie

Loved this! I regretted not getting this waffle back in the fall when it came with apples so when I saw the strawberry version, I pounced. It was delicious. The vegan brie cheese was only a 4/5 for me but I would still get this again. Super tasty and satisfying.

The cinnamon in this waffle adds a really great touch to the sweetness of the strawberries and the savory-ness of the Brie cheese. Yum!
