Teriyaki udon

This is dish very savoury and flavourful. It also has a generous serving size.

🍜 I was afraid that the teriyaki would be too sweet or overpowering, but TPF got the flavour just on point for me! I like that there's quite a fair bit of beans and veg thrown in to go with the udon. I don't know if I'm spoilt by their bowls...🤣 but I'd be super happy if they reduce the udon and up the vege and beans. 😘

Japanese Nama udon stir-fried with edamame, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, and carrot, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds in sweet and savoury sauce. Slightly different from the previous Soul ALife version as cabbage has been added! (Allium-free, $8.90)

The portion is huge! However texture of udon is a bit too soft and tastes just average.
