Taiwanese Black Sugar Winter Melon (Warm, Less Sugar)

Curious about this Asian drink and was surprised to recognise the taste of sweet winter melon from my SG childhood (I'm looking at you, Yeo's winter melon). It was okay - like sweet cucumber - but nothing particularly special.
