Quite a lot of vegan dishes here. And clearly labelled too! A typically west Javanese dish for spicy food lovers! Spice-level was to the roof! Chunky tofu cubes called “tahu pong“ or hollow tofu, marinated in a sweet palm sugar syrup, soy sauce, and vinegar. This is then cooked with shallots and bird’s eye chilli!
