Topped with #sglocal #onlyeg omelette pieces plus mixed vegetables such as kailan, baby corn, and carrot which helped to provide some nutrition to an otherwise slightly oily indulgence haha. Opted for #happiee konjac squidiee and prawniee 'seafood' this time, which had a slight char and added some springy QQ texture to the dish! Served with cut green chilli. Oh yummmmmmm! This is so good. Literally everytime I go to Bangkok Jam, I alternate between ordering the Olive Fried Rice with OnlyEg or the Stir-fried Kway Teow (you probably know by now that I love OnlyEg)! The ambience at Bangkok Jam is really nice, and the staff are very friendly. #onlyeg

Consistently one of my non-veg family's favourite Bangkok Jam dishes thanks to the fiery wok hey! The #sglocal #onlyeg omelette pieces were well-integrated with the flat rice noodles and seemed to have become even more convincing in texture and taste compared to the last time I ate it. Opted for vegetables including broccoli, kailan, baby corn, and carrot; loved how the veggies provided a much healthier take on the dish while still being satisfying! Bangkok Jam is hands down the most vegan-friendly restaurant I've been to in Singapore. Almost every dish had a vegan counterpart. They offer OnlyEg, plant-based chicken, shrimp, and squid options. This is a 10/10 for me. Please support them!
