Large sweet potato croquette that was crispy on the outside, while fluffy on the inside. Loved that the filling wasn't one dimensional, but was instead interspersed with corn kernels, minced mushrooms, and more, which added lots more texture and flavour! 🍠🌽🍄‍🟫 Came served with a heaping cabbage salad, alongside vegan mayo dip swirled with Japanese curry. Would recommend ordering this side! I would say the grill it was plated on made it a tad tricky to cut and share though ahaha.
