Spaghetti With Rabbit Balls

Stumbled across Eminems restaurant; Mom's Spaghetti in Detroit, MI. It's just a walk up window in an alley next to Union Assembly downtown. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw spaghetti and rabbit balls on the menu, they're vegan version of meatballs, made with quinoa, black beans, and veggies. They were done really well and the sauce and whole dish tasted like moms homemade spaghetti. The noodles could have been a bit more al dente but that's truly my only negative. It's served in an oyster pail and you can eat and walk. Not the best photo but it was late at night and we were starving so it was perfect!

The rabbit balls were delicious! Had a nice texture and flavor. The spaghetti and sauce were good too. Generous portion. The restaurant is a must-see for Eminem fans.
