Spicy Creamy Tomato Meatball Fusilli

not too spicy to me , the tomato sauce was not overwhelming either , the meatball was chewy but also quickly crumbled in my mouth , however the overall texture of it felt similar to a regular meatball. I personally really liked this dish ! :)

The name is quite misleading as this dish is not spicy at all, instead it’s just sweet because of the sauce (mainly tomato sauce I guess). I got a bit sick of the taste towards the end, probably also because I am not a strong western food lover.
