eggplant. Not sure where the banana was haha cos I didn't see chunks of banana - maybe it was blended into the curry but my tastebuds weren't discerning enough? Pleasant but not particularly outstanding in my opinion. Also very starchy / carb-heavy and would have liked some protein in the curry; alternatively would recommend pairing this with a tofu dish and sharing it with a companion!
