Amazing taste and texture on this dish, 10/10 and the vibe of the restaurant was very chill, definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Warsaw

To elevate the dish the mash is crowned with dollops of #pistachio-#herb-based #pesto, adding a burst of vibrant flavors and a delightful crunch from the nuts. Drizzled over the top is a tangy lime 🍋‍🟩 #yogurt sauce, lending a refreshing contrast to the hearty flavors of the seitan steak and the warm spices of the #carrotpuree.
