Biscoff Cheesecake

I think the presentation of this is so cute ! Biscoff cheesecake topped with a lotus biscuit & some biscuit crumbs. Made with a biscuit base, really smooth cheesecake with a great biscoff flavour. The portion looks small here but it’s actually super filling

Such a lovely dessert after a meal, one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had :)

I couldn’t resist this vegan cheesecake. It’s sweet and creamy with a nice caramel flavour. My favourite vegan restaurant ever.
