I had a classic Indian Baingan Barta that is roasted deskinned and puréed aubergine cooked with chopped ginger and garlic. It was delish and they accommodate spiciness level to your taste 😋 With that I had Peshwari Roti (coconut, cashew and raisins bread baked in clay oven). I'm super full and super satisfied, will come back tomorrow to try something else!
