Grilled vegetables

I went to this restaurant for a work dinner and had no hope of getting a vegan dish, as in the restaurant they only offer meat. However, I was offered this nice dish of grilled vegetables and a corn cream. The protein source was missing, but for a meal is not an issue! I would suggest to phone the restaurant and request the dish in advance
