Este quinotto se lleva muchos puntos por su presentación. ¡Nunca había visto tantos adornos comestibles en mi plato! Flores comestibles llamadas pensamientos, brotes, alga cushuro. 😱 #Cusco #Peru

Imagine quinoa risotto with a great yellow chili sauce (not spicy) and some incredible mushrooms and grilled veggies. So simple but soooo well done and soooo delicious. One of my favorite things in Peru so far.
