Nice and melty cheese inside. A bit too much for my liking but it was still awesome
10s across the board for this tasty vegan quesadilla. It was to die for. It was filled with black beans, red bell peppers 🌶, corn 🌽, spinach and tomatoes 🍅. It was well spiced with oregano 🌿 and loaded with delicious vegan 🌱 cheese 🧀
