Pumpkin Curry Chee Cheong Fun

Definitely a novel idea. It’s the first time I’ve seen the words, “curry” “pumpkin” and “chee cheong fun” used together. Curiosity got the better of me. The #pumpkin curry wasn’t too bad. It had chunks of cauliflower, #okra and #brinjal in there. Gravy was thick and creamy. Spice level was a comfortable 4. The CCF was thicc! Nice and freshly steamed. But put ‘em together and it was definitely a whimsical combination. I wouldn’t say it’s award winning.
