Polpette di tofu e spinaci alla crema di limone

i have come to this restaurant in occasion of my parents’ wedding anniversary and it was fantastic!! i’ve really appreciated the fact that they have a “normal “ menu with meat and fish but also have a complete vegan menu with starters,main courses and also desserts!! but now let’s focus on these beauties: tofu and spinach meatballs with lemon cream!! the texture was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and you can perceive the chunks of tofu which ensure the fact that they’re totally homemade, but the major fact was the flavour, really delicate and delicious,and in particular the lemon cream was heavenly!! if you are from rome or come to visit i really recommend this place, it is also near St Peter Basilica and Cipro underground station so it’s position is very practical also for tourists!

Polpette di tofu e spinaci con crema di limone a base di panna. Gustosissime, forse la salsa la metterei a parte perché un po’ copre il sapore delle polpette. Io la finirei anche messa a parte perché è davvero buona. Prezzo 16€
