Never get tired of this go-to breakfast. Flakey, buttery croissant filled with cauli scramble and
seitan bacon with a cashew cream. Excellent!

Absolutely delish! The croissant was soft, the scrambled cauli texture was just like scrambled eggs
and the tempeh bacon was the cherry on top!
An excellent breakfast option! Super filling and packed with flavour. Croissants are flakey and buttery,
some of the best I’ve tasted.
