Chocolate & Amaretto Parfait

Lovely pudding, and a refreshing break from all the vegan carrot cake I had been eating every time I was there. The texture was very interesting, but I found it just a tad bland and with a little too much coffee for my taste. I think I will alternate between this and the carrot cake in future.

I can not truly express how delicious this dessert is. The Parfait is a chocolately mousse on a biscuit base. I found my self doubting whether it was vegan because of how creamy it was. Honestly the best vegan dessert I've EVER tried and would recommend this to anyone over and over again.
