Papas Con Soyrizo Empanada

It's almost 🏳️‍🌈 #pridemonth so I thought I would share one of my favorite #queerowned businesses! 👠 It's called Mis Tacones (My Heels in Spanish) because Polo cooks #seitan in stilettos. This #familyowned restaurant offers vegan dishes to queer spaces all over Portland. They provide free meals to trans POC.  ALL of the food and drinks we tried here were amazing. This empanada has soy chorizo and roasted potatoes topped with garlic cashew crema. This consisted of hearty, savory soy chorizo and roasted potatoes in hand-pressed organic yellow nixtamal, crispy, deep fried empanada, topped with garlic cashew crema and 🐮🥛-free sunflower cotija crumbles.
