Olive Fried Rice

Fragrant and salty fried rice with bits of mock meat. No egg in the vegan version, personally would have liked a yuba / tofu substitute, and possibly also slightly more vegetables! Nonetheless this was pretty tasty. Happy that we could switch to wholegrains too. ($6.80 + $0.50 brown rice)

It was a generous portion, and we finished every bit of it! May be ordering a second portion for takeaway 😂

Pretty standard but decent olive fried rice! A bit on the salty side because they were pretty generous with the amount of olives used, so it was good that there was some shredded cucumber to cut through the saltiness.
