My favourite!! Ochazuke isn't commonly found in SG (think I've only had it at Wakamama and Hvala Odeon). The comforting broth consisted of midori genmaicha (green tea and roasted rice) blended with vegetable dashi soup stock. 🍚🫖🍵 Poured over a bowl of haigamai germ rice, crispy and nutty ginger puffed quinoa (really elevated things!), as well as abura-age sweet beancurd pouches.
