The coconut-based sauce was creamy and complemented the juicy king oyster mushrooms well. Went really well with the nasi goreng. Oyster mushrooms cooked in a coconut based sauce, spiced with tumeric and other peranakan herbs. Very tasty sauce, creamy but not surfeiting. goes well with rice
