Mexican Scrambled Tofu

Spent some days in Kuah (main town in Langkawi 🏝️) and have now moved to Cenang (the beach area). Way more #veganfood here! Red Tomato 🍅 is a restaurant owned by a German woman #womenowned! She and her staff know what veganism is and have several vegan options on their menu and regular specials! This #scrambledtofu was delicious 🤤 It was well seasoned with their #homemade tomato salsa 🍅 and topped with crispy pieces of chips. Loads of cherry tomatoes inside as well, and some herbs. Alongside you got a nice side salad 🥗, #avocado and freshly baked bread 🥖. It was just like bread at home in Germany!! This lady knows what she’s doing! It was crispy outside, fluffy inside and moist. But most importantly: it wasn’t sweet!! 22RM or ~4.50€, which I find quite affordable for a tourist beach town! #bread
