Holy cheesus, this filled all my vegan melt dreams! Made vegan on request (change to vegan cheese). Contains vegan cheese, roasted eggplant, capsicum & basil pesto. Tastes delicious but leaves you feeling a little like you need a nap! Great for a treat, doesn’t feel super healthy though.
