Matcha Pancake

That’s one thick #pancake 🥞 You only get one pancake but, after first thinking I’d leave #stillhungry, I was later happy that you only get one. Not because it’s not tasty, but because it’s ultra filling 🥞 The pancake is made from #wholegrain spelt flour, #soymilk, #coconut sugar and some matcha powder 🍵. The matcha stays subtle in the background, but it’s noticeable! Yummy. The pancake is thick and not fluffy, rather fudgy. I liked it! Topped with #banana, crispy #buckwheat, berries #berrylover, chia seeds, coconut flakes #coconutlover, a dollop of yoghurt, and maple syrup 🍁 Great combo!
