Marinara (V)

This might be my favourite among the the few pizzas that we ordered. Gusta’s reminder that sometimes less is more. Gusta is best known and loved for their sourdough base, and here it takes centre stage. Topped with Tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil & extra virgin olive oil. The tomato sauce is beautiful as well. Not a vegan restaurant, but their online menu has a separate vegan section, which is always a plus. It reduces the emotional journey that comes with looking through a non-ve menu. Even with the online order there was a bit of a waiting time, but I think it was well-worth the wait. Allergens weren’t as clearly specified. Online menu in English.

Lovely pizza joint in Serangoon central with a fair amount of vegan options. They specialise in Neo-Napolitano style pizza. The crust is super thin and stretchy and so delicious. Probably the best pizza crust in Sg. The marinara is a simple and elegant pizza. Doesn’t come with cheese. But who needs cheese with ingredients so fresh and tasty? So rare to find vegan pizzas in Singapore but I’m so happy to have found this place. This simple marinara pizza was to delicious, the tomato paste is tangy and full of flavour. 100/10 recommend!

Simple and tasty enough with tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil and basil oil. A tad one-dimensional in flavour but the sourdough pizza base is so yummy 💯🙌
