Bun Sup

It was absolutely delicious. This dish is a soup with rice noodles, seitan, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, peppers, pak choi, onions, bean sprouts and various Asian herbs, vegetable broth. The portion was big and the taste very hearty.
