scrambled tofu, roast mushroom toast

Returned to mallow again and tried this delicious tofu scramble! It was a thick sourdough toast topped with tofu scramble (with red peppers), roasted mushrooms and truffle oil! It was a really delicious and filling breakfast and one of the cheaper items on the menu. My only complaint was that there was a little bit too much oil for me on the toast, but just a minor improvement!
