Luo Han Zhai Rice

$6.50 for #luohanzhai with #rice comprising a melange of standard mock + #chinese vegetables (cheapest ones out there like crunchy #cabbage, wongbok, #carrot strips, #blackfungus and the like) in starchy, clear gravy and #carbsforlife filling enough to power one thru the next 8 hrs. Taste-wise, just about as light as day #alliumfree

didnt particularly enjoy this bc the vegetables were cooked w starch (which i dont really like);  the mock meat (for 'fishcake' i think) was kinda bland/just mainly felt starchy :p the 'chicken rice' fragrance of the rice was not too bad tho i guess on the up side it was $4 so heh
