Vegan Croquettes

I came here hungry and fortunately this meat-heavy restaurant had a stand-alone vegan menu. This dish here has fresh black bean and chickpea croquettes, with seasonal vegetables and maple merlot reduction. Very well made. This with the two tiny sides of mushrooms and potatoes filled me up.
