Grandma's Clay Pot

This dish had a great, flavorful sauce! It definitely achieved the fatty texture of pork belly, so be prepared if that isn't your cup of tea. We weren't sure what the protein used was, but it had an interesting density that left us curious. It was a filling dish, and tasty.
