Okay, this place is cutting edge food where you least expect it. The menu
is composed of at least eight different vegan variations of the TB Crunch wrap. There is a satisfying crunch when you bite down, and then so much filling that you have to be careful not to let it spill on the floor.
This isn't one of those situations where you wish you had extra sauce either--there was plenty of buffalo and ranch sauces inside the wrap. This space looks like it is a converted gas station mini- mart. The gas pumps are still outside, but the inside has been transformed with subway tile, shiplap and Edison bulbs, sharing space with a Foxtail coffee shop. Plus there are local draft beers on tap.
